In the traditional educational paradigm, only learners with special needs escape the one-size-fits-all learning approach and receive an Individualized Educational Plan.
My experience is that all learners thrive when learning is personalized,
whether they are in conventional schools, alternative programs, or home learning.
I work with learners and their families to customize learning plans that build on the learner’s strengths, equip them with strategies to meet learning and life challenges, and prepare for the natural transitions they will experience.
